• We research and find images that fit the photo plan from stock photo sources, archives, corporations, government agencies, photographers, photo discs, libraries, private collections, WEB sources. If a photo can’t be found we shoot it or have it shot for us. • We first-edit the images we obtain, scan them when required and upload them to this website for your selection via your password-protected Lightbox, choosing those that fit your specifications, and are of suitable quality for reproduction based on your production constraints regarding paper quality, design and layout. • You final-edit photos online at this website using your password to access your lightbox. You select images for your 'first edit' and hit SUBMIT IMAGES to make your final choices. Then type instructions next to each selection regarding cropping, sizing, captions, etc. Click on “E-mail selections to MPA”. You get confirmation that your e-mail has been received. We send hi-resolution files of your choices / instructions to production. Note: If you need wrapped, coated, v-mounted images fabricated for display we can do that for you. • We negotiate the best deals we can get for use fees for your project. Where time allows we do our best to acquire free or low-cost images, if the subjects desired can be found among such sources. • We respond immediately to your requests for additional or alternative selections wherever possible. • We keep a complete database and hard copy record of the project. • We obtain permissions and releases and provide you with an accurate list of credits. We issue purchase orders to paid providers for billing, and pre-approve their invoices if you desire. Tell us how you want your photo program to work. We do the rest.
